Crumlin Road Gaol, opened in 1846 and designed by Sir Charles Lanyon, is one of Belfast’s most significant historic landmarks. Cunningham Stone was honoured to deliver the full stonemasonry package for this carefully restored site, including stone cleaning, lime repointing, and the design, supply and installation of new Scotch Buff sandstone using traditional techniques, ensuring the preservation of its distinctive Victorian Gothic character for future generations.
